Hi, I’m Lisa Gaytan—mom of 5, fitness coach, and trainer passionate about helping others discover their strength inside and out.

Balancing family life with a love for fitness has taught me the importance of discipline, adaptability, and self-care, and I bring that same mindset to every client I work with. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to make time for yourself, but I also know how life-changing it is when you do.

I specialize in functional training, prenatal and postnatal fitness, strength, and high-energy group classes that make fitness fun while delivering real results. My approach is all about meeting you where you are, pushing you past what you thought you could do, and celebrating every step forward.

When I’m not training clients or teaching classes, I’m usually chasing after my kids, soaking up family time, or getting lost in the woods.

 As your trainer, I’m here to remind you that you’re stronger than you think—and I’ll be with you every step of the way.
